What’s your return policy?

Changed your mind? No problem - unused items can be returned to us for free within 30 days of purchase. As long as we receive the returned item unopened and in a re-sellable condition we can offer you a full refund.

Damaged products:

If you have received a defective or damaged product, please email us at with an explanation and picture (if applicable). We will review and reach out to you as soon as we can.

Wrong Product:

If you discover your order is flawed please contact us by mail: with photos of the wrong product, we will be providing a return shipping label. Once it is tracking we will ship a replacement product immediately.
